As of Tuesday 24th June 2015 Emersion will remove support for 'caps' on Service Plans and replace it with 'included value'. While included value is conceptually similar in nature to plan caps, they are not identical and introduce additional features not supported under the 'caps' option. Emersion strongly advises you read about the changes, as they include changes to Subscription threshold notifications (often referred to as TCP Alerts).
