Overview

Emersion provides service providers with the ability to sell products to customers in a number of ways:

An outright purchase is a sale where the goods are provided to the customer and the customer is either invoiced immediately, or at the end of their next billing period.

Instalment Plans provide a way for the customer to pay off the total purchase price over a period of time.

A Recurring Purchase is a simple way to charge the customer an amount at regular intervals for a period of time.

Starting a new Product Purchase

There are two ways to navigate to the Purchase function in Cumulus.

Nav: Customers > Customer List

  1. Search for the customer using the customer search.
  2. Click the Create Purchase icon (pictured below as a shopping cart)

Starting a purchase easily straight from the customer list

Alternatively if you are in the Customer Screen you can start a purchase via the Customer > Purchase tab.
