Enhancements – General
These enhancements are provided as part of base platform and are included as per your maintenance fees
Price Books
Emersion has revolutionised the way product pricing works in Emersion and now includes the concept of ‘Price books’. From this release, all service provider accounts will contain at least 1 price book marked as default with existing price points moved inside this default. Service providers can then create additional custom price books and map them to an individual child account, an account group, or an account profile. This enhanced flexibility and control over product pricing is controlled via a hierarchy that governs which price is applied in the event of multiple price points across different price books being connected to a customer.
Minor Enhancements
Implemented a colour-coded legend on the Customer List screen for account balances.
Performance enhancements have been made to the Customer > Service Subscriptions list.
Performance improvements have been made to the View Bolt-On Usage page.
Added 'raw' data columns to the View Bolt-On Usage page to aid in the reconciliation of usage.
The usage type in the End User Portal now reflects actual usage instead of just showing the bolt-on usage type.
Optionally enable and disable the Service Desk and Finance Details tabs within the end user portal without affecting Cumulus users.
