Overview

This page displays any unallocated service subscriptions that are part of the package. Unallocated service subscriptions are optional components of a Package that the customer is not subscribed to. Package Plans are often used to bundle multiple services together. The My Website Bundle Package Plan we've used to illustrate with on this page comprises the following components:

  • 2 mandatory services (Domain Registration and Web Hosting)
  • 1 optional service (Basic Technical Support Plan).

It can be concluded that when the customer ordered the package, they decided they didn't want the technical support option. So while a total of three service subscriptions are possible, only two are currently being subscribed to by the customer. The Technical Support service is currently Unallocated. Optional services can be added and removed from the package subscription at any time. To allocate the service subscription is synonymous with activating the optional service.

  • To allocate an optional service subscription to the package, follow the steps below.
  • To remove an optional service subscription from the package, go to the Allocated Service Subscriptions tab.
