Introduction

Over time it has come up more than once that Emersion's customers would like to be able to configure discounts on their packages.

The problem previously has been that we had no way to track the lifetime of a purchased ‘service’ for a customer.

Emersion has created a new concept, called a Package Chain, which is passed on from package subscription to package subscription when migrated, which means it will retain any discount information required.

Use

By clicking on the 'Edit Package Chain Info' this will allow you to add the discount to the package. The discount can be either added as a dollar($) amount or as a percentage(%) by making the appropriate selection from the drop down menu.

To save the discount once the appropriate values have been entered, click the 'Save Chain Configuration' button.
