Manage Inventory

The Manage Product Inventory function allows you to enter and manage serial numbers for products that have been set up as serialised (i.e. that hold individual product inventory). If the product is serialised, the Manage Inventory button will be displayed on the View Product Details page. Otherwise, this button will not be shown. To Manage Product Inventory

1. On the Point of Sale Product Management page, click the product link in the ID column of the serialised item the list. The View Product Details page will appear showing the selected product.
2. Click the Manage Inventory button. The Product Inventory page will appear showing all serial numbers held for the item.

Search You can locate a particular product serial number by using the Search function. The following fields can be used to search: *Serial Number *Purchase ID the transaction or purchase ID that the product with the serial number was sold in *Status Held (on hand) or Shipped (sold) *Sold To the account that the particular product with the serial number was sold to
