Account Management/Customer Screen/Service Subscriptions/Vouchers

Overview

This page provides a way for users to buy a voucher to use now, use later or to recharge using vouchers they have already purchased.

• If the tab displays 'Prepaid Vouchers', the customer has subscribed to a prepaid plan that supports vouchers.
• If the tab displays 'Postpaid Vouchers', the customer has subscribed to a postpaid plan that supports vouchers.

To access this screen users have one of two pathways:

Nav: Customer > List

1. Click on the ID of a customer to open the customer record.
2. Click the Service Subscription tab to open the customer's service subscription.
3. Click on the Prepaid/Postpaid Voucher tab.

Alternatively, users can:

Nav: Services > List All

1. Click on the Service ID or Service Subscription ID link to open the customer's service subscription.
2. Click on the Prepaid/Postpaid Voucher tab.

Purchase a Voucher

To purchase a voucher, check one of the following options:

• Use Voucher Immediately
• Use Voucher at a later date

Which options are available to you will be determined via the configuration of the voucher products.
