Account Management/Customer Screen/Service Subscriptions/Provisioning Properties

Overview

To access this screen users have one of two pathways:

Nav: Customer > List

  1. Click on the ID of a customer to open the customer record.
  2. Click the Service Subscription tab to open the customer's service subscription.
  3. Click on the Provisioning Properties tab.

Alternatively, users can:

Nav: Services > List All

  1. Click on the Service ID or Service Subscription ID link to open the customer's service subscription.
  2. Click on the Provisioning Properties tab.

This tab provides a way to alter properties of the subscription that are related to provisioning. What properties are available (if any) will vary between service types. If this tab is not required, Emersion will not enable it for you. If you believe you require access to the tab, please contact our Customer Service team or your Account Manager.

Access Controls

Access to the tab is controlled via powers. The following powers apply.

Properties Management

Parent power containing additioanl powers related to the Provisioning Properties tab.

Provisioning Properties - View

Grants the user read-only access to the tab. If the user does not have this power, the tab will not be visible.

Provisioning Properties - Edit

Grants the user write access to properties.
