Overview

This page provides a way for users to view provisioning-related activities, particularly for automated service types where Emersion is used to provision services on the network with the carrier/service supplier. This information can be used to troubleshoot why services aren't billing correctly, or when errors are received from the carrier.

To access this screen users have one of two pathways:

Nav: Customer > List

  1. Click on the ID of a customer to open the customer record.
  2. Click the Service Subscription tab to open the customer's service subscription.
  3. Click on the Provisioning Log tab.

Alternatively, users can:

Nav: Services > List All

  1. Click on the Service ID or Service Subscription ID link to open the customer's service subscription.
  2. Click on the Provisioning Log tab.

Provisioning Log - AAPT

This is an example of a provisioning log for an AAPT Broadband Connect - L3 service.
