Account Management/Customer Screen/Package Subscriptions/Package Subscription History

Overview

This page lists package subscription periods that have been created for the current package subscription. As periods come due for processing, users will see the status of movements accordingly. When they are processed, the status is also updated.

To access this screen users have one of two pathways:

Nav: Customer > List

  1. Click on the ID of a customer to open the customer record.
  2. Click the Package Subscription tab to open the customer's package subscription.
  3. Click on the Package Subscription History tab.

Alternatively, users can:

Nav: Services > List All

  1. Click on the Package Sub ID to open the customer's package subscription.
  2. Click on the Package Subscription History tab.
