Provisioning/AAPT Error Landline Telephone Number

  • During the course of provisioning an AAPT service, you may receive the following error.

  • 2014-04-16 12:57:32: FrontierLinkService_newService - Request failed, message was: cvc-pattern-valid: Value '0407xxxxxx' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '((0)[2,3,7,8][0-9]{8})|((13)\d{4})|((1300|1800)\d{6})' for type 'LandLineTelephoneNumber'. - org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-pattern-valid: Value '0407xxxxxx' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '((0)[2,3,7,8][0-9]{8})|((13)\d{4})|((1300|1800)\d{6})' for type 'LandLineTelephoneNumber'.   • During the process of an AAPT order, AAPT will always ask for a contact number that is a landline.
  • Against the contact, there must be one phone number that is a landline, where type is "Main" as pictured. If you put a mobile in main your order will encounter this error.
  • Once you have corrected the contact against the account, halt provisioning through semi manual provisioning if required. Then navigate to the subscription and retry provisioning.
