End User Portal/End User Portal Reports
Overview
The end user portal supports the same reporting functionality that is seen in Cumulus. This means that, like Cumulus, the same features and functionality is available. This includes
running reports to view the results on screen exporting report data to CSV. generated Reports section for larger reports and reports generated on a schedule. scheduling a report to be delivered to a schedule.
Service Providers who subscribe to the End User Portal Reports feature will be given access to a management screen in Cumulus where they can control access to individual reports. Access to a report can be granted:
- to all your end users (All Accounts).
- to end users in a single account profile, or multiple profiles.
- to end users in a single account group, or to multiple groups.
Reports are not available to end users by default. Emersion controls which reports are available to end users. Please contact Emersion if you are interested in providing reports available to end users.
