Account Management/Customer Screen/Package Subscriptions/Order Form

Overview

This page provides a way for users to upload a document for a given type of service.

To access this screen users have one of two pathways:

Nav: Customer > List

1. Click on the ID of a customer to open the customer record.
2. Click the Package Subscription tab to open the customer's package subscription.
3. Click on the Order Form tab.

Alternatively, users can:

Nav: Services > List All

1. Click on the Package Sub ID to open the customer's package subscription.
2. Click on the Order Form tab.
