Account Management/Customer Screen/Sites

Overview

This page is enabled for retail service providers who require the use of sites. This maybe due to the following conditions:

Auto-Populating Sign Up Address

• are subscribed to the Agents module.
• have an instance of the Sign Up Portal.
• subscribe to the Populating Sign Up Addresses feature.

Integration with ConnectWise

This is presently under development. More information will be available in the future on this feature.

Access Control

The following powers govern access to the Customer > Sites section. These powers are located under the Customer Management group of powers.

No powers

Users with no power cannot see the Customer > Sites tab

Customer Sites - View

Users have read-only access to sites information

Customer Sites - Edit

Users can add and update sites information.
