Signup/Populating Signup Addresses

Overview

Service providers who use the Emersion Sign Up Portal and the Agents module have the ability to pre-populate all or parts of an address used in sign up orders. This may be useful when Agents sell your services in a specific geographical area such as 'state' or an area covering a single suburb/postcode.

This feature requires the following prerequisites:

A Retail Service Provider Account an Agent Account with Agent Code populated.

The following fields can be populated in the sign up portal automatically:

Building Name Unit Type Unit Number Level Type Level Number Site Name Street Number Street Name Street Type Suburb Postcode State Country

Against the Agent account under the Org Unit will be Sites. There can be multiple sites for a commission account. Sites are optional but if used, one site is marked as default. If a site is present, in Sign up order this will be populated in the address.
