How to create an unlimited plan for a telephony service
Suited for: Telephony-based service types. E.g. Softswitch as a Service (SSaaS), mobile, etc.
This article describes how to build a telephony plan charges:
- a set up fee (optional)
- a monthly recurring access fee
- all usage is included in the recurring monthly charge.
How a plan is structured in Emersion will often depend on how service providers want the services to present on the invoice.
