Upload Order Form

This field allows you to upload an order form, which is used to verify that your customer has authorised you to create the Package/Services on their behalf.

The file size limitation is 2 megabytes and the following file types are accepted:

pdf
png
jpg
tiff
doc
docx
rtf
txt
