Account Profiles

Introduction

Essentially, for the Emersion Events system to act on any account, it must be attached to an Account Profile.

Account Profiles, in it's early stage of development, are really nothing more than a container or bucket for grouping various customer accounts.


Create Account Profile


  • Navigate to Admin > Settings > Account Profiles (tab)
  • Click Create New
  • Enter a Name & a Description
  • Click Save

Edit Account Profile


  • Navigate to Admin > Settings > Account Profiles (tab)
  • Click an Account Profile name
  • You can edit the Name and/or Description here

This is also the ability for customer accounts to be added to or removed from specific account profiles. Simply click the Add to This Profile check-box and wait for the page to perform the action. Removal is actioned by un-checking the check-box.

The alternate way to add a customer to an account profile:

  • Navigate to Customer > Customer List
  • Click a Customer
  • Click Profile (tab)
  • Select the appropriate account profile from the drop-down list & click Save
