Unable to locate account invoice period
When cancelling or activating a package, you may receive the following error as pictured.
This occurs because the account start date is after your cancellation or activation date. You should choose a cancellation/activation date that is encompassed by the account invoice period. We can backdate the account start date, and the associated account invoice periods, however this is a chargeable item.
