Intra Account Calling enables you to create a custom rate for customers with telephony services on the same account.
To activate Intra Account Calling, please contact Emersion for further information.
In summary;
- For a particular usage record, the destination FNN must match;
- An active service under the same end user account
- An "IntraAccount Discounting Allowed" setting Enabled on both service plans
- A rate set on the appropriate "Intra Account Calls" tariff on the source subscription's rate card
