Overview
The generated reports section is where users can:
- download CSV files for exported reports
- access reports that have been scheduled to run as per a defined schedule.
Nav: Report > Generated Reports
To download your report, click the Download link. The user will be prompted to save the report, or the report will be automatically downloaded to the user's computer, depending on their browser preferences.
Statuses
The following report generation statuses apply to this page.
- New
The request to generate the report has been received by the system.
- Running
The report is being generated. It is not yet ready to be downloaded.
- Complete
The report has generated and is ready to be downloaded. The date and time the process completed is populated in the Completed date column, and a link to download the file will be dispayed.
- <empty>
If the Status, Completed Date & Download columns are <empty>, it is likely the underlying report generation workflow has failed and may require investigation by Emersion. Please raise a support ticket noting your Report Log ID (the number from the ID column).
