Share included value across services?: Tick this option if the included value is to be shared across services (of the same service type) that belong to the same account. NB. Share Cap only supports Dollar ($) based caps
When Shared Cap is enabled, the system will locate other service subscriptions which have periods which end on the same day, and also have Shared Cap enabled and any remaining excess quota that remains can be used to absorb the cost of any other services which have gone into excess.
If you wish to maintain multiple pools of plans which are grouped together, simply use the 'Group Key' as a way to do this. The system will only group subscriptions together if they share a Group Key.
If you are sharing only on Tariff and the call cost is the same you can convert the Units required i.e. 1,000 @ $0.40 per call to $400 allowance and the nett effect will be the same. You can still name you plan 'includes 1,000 mobile calls' or what you wish.
