Non Retail Billers Quick Start Guide
Non-Retail Billers (NRB) are Retail Service Providers (RSP) who use another product for their billing.
As a Non-Retail Biller (NRB) you have limited access to Cumulus, as determined by your Wholesale Provider. We have listed some common tasks you will perform as a NRB.
Creating Accounts
NRB's need to create at lease one End User Account to be able to order Services.
