Point Of Sale / Product Purchasing
Introduction
Emersion has a Point Of Sale (POS) / Product Purchasing system in place that enables you to create product categories and sub categories & products, as well as set price points for your products.
After the products have been configured & prices accordingly, you are able to use the Cumulus UI to sell products to your end users.
Example. You have just sold an ADSL service to a customer, and they also require an ADSL modem. You have products configured, and prices set in the system, so can now instantly sell them the hardware. The system will generate ledger cardlines as appropriate and will allow you to either have those charges appear on the customer next invoice, or you may opt to create an immediate invoice with only those charges.
