For those customers that utilize our IPND module, when an address is sent off to the IPND authority against a particular service, they will sometimes deem that address invalid for a variety of reasons.  Therefore the address must be corrected before being resubmitted to the IPND.

* The errors are recorded in Quarantine in the IPND tab via Billing -> Quarantine -> IPND Batch tab.

* If you click on the ID of the contact this will take you to a read only view of the contact.  From here there is an Edit button on the far right column.  Click edit, modify the address as required then click save.
