Some customers may have had multiple end user portals configured by Emersion. This can be seen on the <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Admin > Settings >End User Portal</span>'' as represented by more than 1 row.

* The login prefix for each portal will be configured to match your existing "cumulus user realm" (the bit after the @ symbol in a staff member's username)
 
* You may create end user portal username's in whatever format you require, as mentioned above
 
* As your end users are NOT required to enter the default ''cumulus user realm'' when logging in, we recommend to simply create usernames in a format of your choosing and simply do not mention anything about the "login suffix".
 
* You may wish to use the customers primary email address (eg. ''email@address.com''), or the Emersion Account Number (eg. ''1234567'')
