IPND Quarantine
For those customers that utilize our IPND module, when an address is sent off to the IPND authority against a particular service, they will sometimes deem that address invalid for a variety of reasons. Therefore the address must be corrected before being resubmitted to the IPND.
- The errors are recorded in Quarantine in the IPND tab via Billing -> Quarantine -> IPND Batch tab.
- Using the filters, filter on those IPND records that have encountered an error.
- To the far right if you click View Error, you can see the errors the IPND Authority is reporting for this address. There may be more than one error.
- You can then navigate to the service in question, Then go to the Service Contact tab. There should be a contact there of type IPND.
- If you click on the ID of the contact this will take you to a read only view of the contact. From here there is an Edit button on the far right column. Click edit, modify the address as required then click save.
- After you believe you have resolved the errors, go back to your record in IPND quarantine.
