<li>Against the contact, there must be one phone number that is a landline, where type is "Main" as pictured. If you put a mobile in main your order will encounter this error.</li>

<li> Once you have corrected the contact against the account, halt provisioning through semi manual provisioning if required. Then navigate to the subscription and retry provisioning.</li>
